Mobile Tech Lead

Working onsite address: 15 Tran Bach Dang, Thu Thiem Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City

Responsibilities:

• Own the overall technical direction and architecture of the mobile squad.
• Design scalable, maintainable mobile solutions for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Collaborate closely with Backend, BA, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams.
• Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of features within an Agile environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in native mobile development with both iOS and Android.
• Strong expertise in Swift, Kotlin, MVVM, and Clean Architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of software design and best practices for mobile native development
• Tools: Gradle, Maven, GIT, JIRA/Confluence
• Experience working with RESTful API
• Working with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Strong leadership and communication skills, fluent in English.
• Experience in the banking/finance domain is a plus.
