Focusing on finding sales persons with rich network of the relevant industries: Real Estate, Hospitality, Fitness Facilities to follow and acquire project of fitness facilities for the company.

The candidate should work independently, quickly adaptable and result/sales-driven persons.

Responsibility:

1. Responsible for marketing strategy, analyzing trends, customer needs and satisfaction.

2. Strategic planning and expanding market.

3. Forecasting and analyzing sales, problems, obstacles effecting monthly sales.

4. Development of new business relationship with Property Industry, Health Industry

5. Identify new target customers, both potential and existing ones, and approach those customers for sales opportunity.

6. Responsible for negotiating and closing the sales with customers.

7. To manage customers and prospective and to generate and cultivate new prospects for commercial business.

8. To achieve monthly sales target and develop new business prospect.

9. To manage, maintain and grow the business and develop new relationships with customer.

10. Manage and Control Sales KPI.

11. Manage and Control Pricing and Margin

12. Create Annual, Monthly and Weekly Target

13. Manage, Maintain and Expand Client Relationship (Business Partner)

14. Customer Relationship Management

15. Other as assign by Manager

Report:

    • Sales report (Weekly, Monthly)
    • Weekly, Month Plan
    • Competitors information (Sale Amt, New Product and Sales Strategies)
    • Sales Forecast
    • Pipeline Report

Experience:

  • Male / Female
  • Bachelor Degree (Business Management or related)
  • Age between 30-40
  • Have sales experience in Commercial business (B2B)
  • Familiar with territory and near by city
  • Have experience in Management Level and strong leadership
  • Fluent in both Vietnamese and English (Speaking and Writing)
  • Good computer literacy
  • Able to travel up country
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under time pressure
  • Good interpersonal skills and good team player
  • Experience in Real Estate / Fitness industry field will be an advantage (hospitality, vingroup, masterise, BIM, BRG,…)
