DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a high performance team to achieve development goals that meet Samsung SDS’ quality standards and ensure compliance with all applicable policies, quality requirements and regulations.
- Communicate with both HQ’s business owners, verification team, agent development team for various activities including, business requirement definition, release verifications and development.
- Ensure the team’s processes and activities are communicated and coordinated efficiently.
- Assess priority and manage tasks accordingly.
- Foster healthy collaborative relationships with relevant stakeholders with excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.
- Develop and maintain front-end web applications using Vuejs, Nodejs, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Work with back-end developers to integrate front-end code with back-end logic.
- Design and implement user interfaces that are both functional and visually appealing.
- Managing and assigning work to team members
- Report work progress for PM and handle problems that arise within the team
REQUIREMENTS
- B.S. or M.S. in computer science, computer engineering, or relevant fields
- 6+ years of relevant experience in development in front-end web development.
- 2+ years of experience in leading technical teams with team size > 5 members.
- Strong understanding Vuejs, Nodejs, HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience with Apache Echarts is a plus
- Experience with user interface design and development (UI/ UX).
- Solid experience working with RESTful API.
- Familiar with lean/agile development process
- Knowledge of web performance optimization.
- Have proficiency in using development and management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git, Jenkins,...
- Make deliverables related to quality (unit test report, integration test report and so on)
- Nice to have:
+ Experience in Docker and Kubernetes.
+ Experience in CI/CD, micro-services implementations
+ Experience in development with open source-based solutions.
+ Experience in backend development and database design.
+ Experience in monitoring systems
