Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential clients in IT outsourcing, IT staffing, and headhunting services

Support building and maintaining relationships with clients, including SMEs and enterprise-level accounts

Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams to fulfill client hiring needs and ensure timely placements

Participate in the sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposal preparation, and follow-ups

Support account management activities to maintain and grow existing client relationships

Conduct market research and track industry trends to identify new business opportunities

Contribute to achieving individual sales targets and team KPIs.

Requirements / Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field

3+ years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales

At least 1 year of experience in IT outsourcing, staffing, or recruitment services

Exposure to selling consulting or professional services is a plus

Basic understanding of the Vietnam IT market and hiring landscape

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and result-oriented mindset

Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team

Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
