About the Role

We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our quartz and industrial minerals division. This role will focus on marketing, sales, and business expansion across domestic and international markets, targeting industries such as glass, ceramics, foundry, construction, and engineered stone.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in mineral trading/export marketing, established industry networks, and a proven ability to open new markets and build long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to penetrate domestic and export markets for quartz and related minerals.
  • New Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new clients including distributors, processors, and end-user industries (glass, ceramics, engineered stone, etc.).
  • Customer Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with buyers, importers, and industrial customers, ensuring tailored solutions to their requirements.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct research on market demand, pricing trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements in domestic and export markets.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

Brand Representation: Represent the company at international trade shows, expos, and industry forums.

  • Performance Reporting: Track and report sales performance against set targets and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Geology, Mining, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales/business development in minerals, commodities, or industrial raw materials (quartz preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of quartz applications (glass, ceramics, engineered stone, foundry, etc.) and market dynamics.
  • Established network of buyers, traders, and distributors in domestic/export markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
  • The headquarters for this employee would be in Da Nang and Hue
