About the Role

We are looking for a Middle Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and workflow automation. This role focuses on internal system enhancement and automation to improve productivity and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven).
• Build automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Design and manage data models using Dataverse or SharePoint lists.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems or APIs when required.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing Power Platform applications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Ensure documentation of technical designs, workflows, and configurations.
• Maintain system stability, security compliance, and performance.

Requirements

Must Have

• 2–4 years of experience in Power Platform development.
• Strong hands-on skills with:
  • Power Apps (Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps)
  • Power Automate (cloud flows, approval workflows, automation)
  • Dataverse or SharePoint
• Basic knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Understanding of data modeling and relational data structures.
• Experience customizing forms, building components, and designing UI/UX inside Power Apps.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into functional applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Power Virtual Agents.
• Knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or API integration.
• Experience working in Agile teams.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
