Senior Backend Engineer – Python/Django

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Python Django
• Develop and implement RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, BA, QA) in an Agile environment
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining clean, efficient code
• Work with containerization technologies (Docker, Docker Compose) for scalable deployment

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with backend development in Python Django
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL database management and optimization
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized environments
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and implementation
• Familiarity with microservices architecture
• Good knowledge of backend security, cryptography, and authentication protocols
• Experience with WebSockets and Redis
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in cross-functional teams
• English proficiency in both speaking and reading is a must
