Có kinh nghiệm AWS, Docker, queue/async processing như SQS

Hiểu tốt về Authentication/Authorization, performance optimization, scaling

Database tốt: SQL optimization, execution plan, indexing, stored procedure, data modeling

Có kinh nghiệm với một số DB: MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis

Hiểu .NET Memory Management / Garbage Collection

Debugging/troubleshooting tốt

Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt

Chủ động, có khả năng làm việc end-to-end từ design đến production

Bắt buộc về AI: sử dụng AI tools thường xuyên trong quá trình development như Cursor / Copilot / Claude / ChatGPT để coding, prompt engineering, debugging, refactoring, review code và automation.

Nice to have: LLM/API integration, AI features, ECS/container orchestration, high-scale SaaS, observability/monitoring.
