Middle UX/UI Designer( Product Mindset)

1. Job Summary

We are looking for a UI/UX Design to design intuitive and visually consistent experiences for web and mobile applications. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business and user needs into effective user flows, wireframes, and user-friendly interfaces.

2. Responsibilities

Functional Duties / Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand feature requirements, user flows, technical constraints
• Design clean, consistent, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications, focusing on usability and interaction clarity.
• Create wireframes, UI screens, prototypes, and responsive layouts based on product requirements; competitor insights, and user feedback.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate UI implementation and smooth handoff.
• Contribute to and maintain existing design systems and visual guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
• Review and improve user flows and interface interactions to enhance usability and user experience.

Reporting and Monitoring

• Track design tasks and ensure timely delivery of assigned features.
• Monitor product usability feedback and identify opportunities for UX improvements.
• Continuously improve knowledge of product design trends, interaction patterns, and industry standards.

Cooperation & Collaboration

• Work closely with stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions while balancing user experience, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Support smooth design handoff and clarify UI/UX behaviors during implementation.

3. Requirements and skills

Requirements

• At least four (04) years of experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or Web/App Designer.

Skills

• Good understanding of UI/UX principles, usability, responsive design, and interaction design.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Illustrator.
• Understanding of design systems and developer handoff workflow.
• Awareness of current product design trends and best practices.
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability

• Strong visual design skills and ability to solve UI/UX execution problems.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to explain design decisions logically.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to design within product requirements and technical constraints.

Nice to have

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or frontend workflows.
• Ability to create custom icons or illustrations is a plus
