Senior Mobile Engineer (Flutter)
Responsibilities
- Define mobile framework and drive mobile project implementation.
- Build pixel-perfect, smooth UI across both iOS and Android platforms from a single codebase.
- Write clear, maintainable, and testable code with unit and integration tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
- Integrate mobile apps with backend services and APIs
- Diagnose and fix bugs, fix performance bottlenecks.
- Ensure mobile app performance, scalability, and responsiveness across iOS and Android
- Collaborate with product Owners, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum activities: daily standup, demo session, retrospective, estimate and planning, etc.
- Provide mentoring/training for junior members if any.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Leader/ Manager
Qualifications
General requirements:

Technical requirements:
- Strong understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
- 5+ years of experience with Flutter (Dart language)
- In-depth understanding of object-oriented programming ideas and design patterns.
- Experience with an architectural pattern: BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, or MVVM, Clean Architecture.
- Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., SQLite, Realm, Firebase, or backend DB integration).
- Familiarity with Firebase, Google Maps/Mapbox, Push Notifications, Analytics SDKs.
- Familiar with DevOps techniques (CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, containerization and orchestration, etc.)
- Experience in integrating mobile applications with backend microservices and deploying/managing mobile backend services on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with Ruby on Rails or scripting for DevOps tasks is a plus
