Data Engineer Lead

Responsibility:

- Develop a corporate banking data dictionary

- Develop data migration plans and solution

- Review database designs to ensure continuous operation, stable performance, consistency, and analytical capabilities.

Technical Skills:

- At least 10 years of experience in enterprise data architecture, strategy building, and data visioning

- 10+ years Experience with Oracle databases, oracle exadata and postgres SQL

- At least 5 years of experience in Data Modernization, Hybrid Cloud, Data Migration, ETL modernization, Data Governance, and Data Visualization in IT system development projects in banking domain

- At least 5 years of practical experience with Big Data tools, ETL, and management tools such as Abinitio ETL, Pyspark, Collibra, Alation, and Atlan

- Successfully led and completed go-live of at least 1 IT system development project as a Database Engineer Lead in a major financial institution and/or bank

- Experience in designing and building framework based, metadata driven data migration accelerators

- Experience in designing and building data reconciliation frameworks

- Experience in designing and building self-service reporting frameworks

- Experience in performance tuning and large data processing with Oracle, Oracle Exadata
