Senior Business Development
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development to lead our efforts in expanding our IT outsourcing services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with a deep understanding of the IT industry and outsourcing market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competitive status.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
- Liaise with the marketing department to ensure the company's services are presented properly to clients.
- Ensure the quality and speed of candidate delivery across all accounts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
- Proven Track Record: Minimum 2+ years of successful experience in B2B sales, with a strong focus on IT services, specifically in outsourcing services or related industries (e.g., consulting, technology).
- Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good command of English, verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
- Understanding of the technical aspects of IT outsourcing.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box for solutions.
