Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager (Freight Forwarding) to develop and grow our customer base, focusing on air, sea, and cross-border logistics services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow customers for freight forwarding services (air, sea, road, project cargo if applicable).
  • Acquire new B2B clients in manufacturing, trading, FDI, and SME sectors.
  • Manage and develop long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Prepare and negotiate quotations, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Coordinate with Operations to ensure effective routing, pricing, and service execution.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets (revenue, GP, volume).
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Represent the company at meetings, events, and networking activities.
  • Maintain sales pipelines, reports, and forecasts.

Job Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in freight forwarding sales.
  • Solid understanding of air freight, sea freight (FCL/LCL), and cross-border services.
  • Existing customer portfolio in Hanoi / Northern Vietnam is an advantage.
  • Good English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, target-oriented, and commercially focused mindset.

Preferred Background

  • Experience with international trade lanes (EU, Asia, CIS).
  • Experience working with SME and industrial customers.

  • Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
