Sales Manager
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager (Freight Forwarding) to develop and grow our customer base, focusing on air, sea, and cross-border logistics services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow customers for freight forwarding services (air, sea, road, project cargo if applicable).
- Acquire new B2B clients in manufacturing, trading, FDI, and SME sectors.
- Manage and develop long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Prepare and negotiate quotations, contracts, and service agreements.
- Coordinate with Operations to ensure effective routing, pricing, and service execution.
- Achieve assigned sales targets (revenue, GP, volume).
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Represent the company at meetings, events, and networking activities.
- Maintain sales pipelines, reports, and forecasts.
Job Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in freight forwarding sales.
- Solid understanding of air freight, sea freight (FCL/LCL), and cross-border services.
- Existing customer portfolio in Hanoi / Northern Vietnam is an advantage.
- Good English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and commercially focused mindset.
Preferred Background
- Experience with international trade lanes (EU, Asia, CIS).
- Experience working with SME and industrial customers.

- Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
