BA SAP

Location: Giang Vo, Ba Dinh, Hanoi

Working Model: Onsite fulltime

Duration: 6 Months

Job Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze and clarify business requirements from customers/end users related to Human Resource Management.
• Propose business process improvements to optimize operational workflows.
• Participate in designing overall and detailed business solutions to address customer requirements.
• Prepare business specification documents including SRS, Use Case, User Story and Wireframe.
• Act as the communication bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams (PM, Developers, Testers).
• Coordinate with QA/Tester to prepare test cases and support UAT with customers.
• Support Project Manager in requirement scope management and business risk assessment.
• Conduct end-user training during project implementation.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Economics or related fields.
• 2–3 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong understanding of Human Resource Management processes or HRM/ERP systems with similar modules.
• Strong business analysis skills, system thinking and process modeling.
• Good documentation, presentation and user training skills.
