Fixed Income Manager

JOB SUMMARY

The role assists Head of Fixed Income in (i) high quality works of macro and fixed income research/analysis/recommendations and related work, (ii) company/industry/sector/market research/analysis/recommendations and related works, (iii) Portfolio management activities and related work, (v) other investment related tasks to be assigned by Head of Fixed Income/Head of Investments.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Macro and Fixed income activities and :

• Macro and Fixed income research/analysis, recommendations for bond activities, related investments and other asset classes:

- Build effective macro and fixed income and other asset class research/analysis models

- Generate recommendations and strategies for fixed income and other assets (if needed)

- Review and track performance and make adjustments timely

- Provide regular updates or when necessary, on macro and fixed income markets and other market

- Research and generate recommendations for other macro related markets

• Related duties

Company/industry/sector/market activities:

• Company/industry/sector/market research/analysis and recommendations, and related investments o Build necessary data, models for research, analysis and recommendations o Generate effective and timely outcomes

o Proactively follow-up, update and adjust data, models, related areas to generate research/analysis outcomes effectively and timely o Build sectors/industry/company research scorecard models

Portfolio management activities:

• Fixed Income portfolio management activities

o developing and recommending strategies for fixed income portfolios/funds; o translating and constructing portfolio/fund models and executing effectively. o also building a portfolio model by asset class and by strategy;

o review risk and performance of portfolios/funds/instruments to manage risk and enhance performance.

o analyzing and recommending portfolios/funds adjustments regularly and when necessary.

• Portfolio reporting and related work

• Other related activities

Other assigned duties:

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field. Advanced degree preferred. CFA designation preferred. SS license

Minimum of 5-10 years of financial/investment industry, macro, sector/industry/company, fixed income market, and fixed income portfolio management related experience.

Position requires hardworking, focus on work, careful people with strong skills and experience.

Deep understanding of macro, fixed income market and instruments.

Strong interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to take and solve complex issues properly.

Can work in a multi-tasking environment. Ability to align with team objectives and interests.

A high level of professionalism is mandatory.

A team player who is flexible, adaptable and hardworking believing in an integrated team driven investment process.

Advanced working tools, other system skills. Ability to work with complex system. Can learn new systems to meet daily work.

Ability to adapt and learn new things and complete duties.
