Business Development

We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development professional with a strong network and a proven track record in the headhunting, staffing, and IT outsourcing industries. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth across Vietnam and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Headhunting, staffing, and other similar outsourcing services

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term strategic partnerships.

- Work closely with internal recruitment and delivery teams to meet client hiring and project needs to convert into closures/placements eod.

- Manage end-to-end cycle: Lead proposal creation, negotiations, and contract finalization.

- Track market trends and competitor activities to propose effective sales strategies.

- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business or relevant specialization.

- 4+ years if experience in B2B Service Sales/Business Development

- 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales/Business Development, preferably in either IT Headhunting or IT staffing or tech outsourcing.

- A proven track record of client acquisition and sales revenue generation in previous roles.

- Strong understanding of Vietnam’s tech recruitment/staffing market and client needs.

- Existing network of tech companies/startups or experience working with HR/tech decision-makers is a strong plus.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Data-driven, Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

- Good English communication: Verbal and written.
