Senior Data Integration

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Data Integration Consultant with strong experience designing and delivering enterprise

integration solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) ecosystems. This role

focuses on architecting robust, scalable integrations between D365 F&O and surrounding business systems such as

CRM, eCommerce, MDM, and analytics platforms.

The integration platform is flexible — candidates may bring experience with Dell Boomi (our preferred and highly

valued platform), or with other tools such as Azure Integration Services, MuleSoft, Logic Apps, or custom

middleware. What matters most is proven depth in D365 F&O integration architecture and data flows.

This role combines hands-on integration delivery with solution design, advisory, and stakeholder engagement,

suitable for a senior or lead-level consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

Integration Design & Delivery

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations connecting D365 Finance & Operations with CRM,

eCommerce, MDM, and analytics platforms

• Implement API-based, batch, and event-driven integration patterns using the most appropriate tool for the

use case — Dell Boomi, Azure Integration Services, MuleSoft, or equivalent

• Ensure solution quality through proper error handling, monitoring, and reprocessing

• Follow integration best practices for scalability, performance, and security

D365 F&O & Business System Integration

• Deliver integrations involving D365 Finance & Operations, including master and transactional data (e.g.

financial, inventory, order, and customer data)

• Work within D365 F&O's integration framework (Data Management Framework, OData, Business Events,

custom services) to design reliable data flows

• Collaborate with functional teams to align integration design with F&O business processes

ERP & Business System Integration

• Deliver integrations involving Dynamics 365 Business Central, including master and transactional data

• Collaborate with functional teams to align integration design with business processes

Consulting & Leadership

• Act as a technical advisor to clients and internal stakeholders on D365 F&O integration strategy and

tooling

• Participate in requirement workshops and integration assessments

• Review designs and define plans & activities for team members

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in data or system integration

• Strong, proven experience integrating with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (required)

• Hands-on experience with Dell Boomi is a strong plus (our preferred platform), but experience with other

integration platforms (Azure Integration Services, MuleSoft, Logic Apps, SSIS, or similar) is also welcome

• Solid understanding of integration patterns, APIs (REST/SOAP), and data formats (JSON, XML)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
