Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• • Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder engagement (workshops, interviews, discussions).
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
  • Collaborate closely with business users, project managers, and technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibility.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including:
  • Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
  • Functional Specifications (FSD)
  • Process flow diagrams
  • User stories and acceptance criteria
  • Perform gap analysis and impact assessment for new initiatives or change requests.
  • Support solution design discussions, ensuring requirements are accurately interpreted and implemented.
  • Coordinate and support testing activities (SIT/UAT), including:
  • Test case preparation

Mandatory

• • Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with regional stakeholders and vendors.
  • 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT, digital, or banking-related projects.
  • Good understanding of system concepts and application architecture, including:
  • System interactions and data flows
  • API and integration basics
