Sales Supervisor

Responsibility:

  • Responsible for marketing strategy, analyzing trends, customer needs and satisfaction.
  • Strategic planning and expanding market.
  • Forecasting and analyzing sales, problems, obstacles affecting monthly sales.
  • Development of new business relationship with Property Industry, Health Industry
  • Identify new target customers, both potential and existing ones, and approach those customers for sales opportunities.
  • Responsible for negotiating and closing the sales with customers.
  • To manage customers and prospective customers and to generate and cultivate new prospects for commercial business.
  • To achieve monthly sales targets and develop new business prospects.
  • To manage, maintain and grow the business and develop new relationships with customers.
  • Manage and Control Sales KPI.
  • Manage and Control Pricing and Margin
  • Create Annual, Monthly and Weekly Target
  • Manage, Maintain and Expand Client Relationship (Business Partner)
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Other as assigned by Manager
