Sales Supervisor
Responsibility:
- Responsible for marketing strategy, analyzing trends, customer needs and satisfaction.
- Strategic planning and expanding market.
- Forecasting and analyzing sales, problems, obstacles affecting monthly sales.
- Development of new business relationship with Property Industry, Health Industry
- Identify new target customers, both potential and existing ones, and approach those customers for sales opportunities.
- Responsible for negotiating and closing the sales with customers.
- To manage customers and prospective customers and to generate and cultivate new prospects for commercial business.
- To achieve monthly sales targets and develop new business prospects.
- To manage, maintain and grow the business and develop new relationships with customers.
- Manage and Control Sales KPI.
- Manage and Control Pricing and Margin
- Create Annual, Monthly and Weekly Target
- Manage, Maintain and Expand Client Relationship (Business Partner)
- Customer Relationship Management
- Other as assigned by Manager
