AI Specialist - Nightshift | US Team

Responsibilities

✓ Identify Opportunities: Proactively seek out and identify potential applications for Generative AI

within the organization.

✓ Evaluate Technologies: Assess and evaluate existing and emerging Generative AI technologies

for suitability in meeting business objectives.

✓ Conceptualize Solutions: Develop innovative concepts for AI applications that align with

organizational goals.

✓ Build and Rollout AI Applications: Lead the development and implementation of AI applications,

employing both in-house development and external procurement strategies.

✓ Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with various departments to ensure seamless integration

and effective deployment of AI solutions.

✓ Leadership and Teamwork: Exhibit strong leadership qualities and work collaboratively with the

team to achieve project goals.

✓ Solution Selling: Effectively communicate and advocate for the adoption of AI solutions within the

organization.

✓ Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest developments in Generative AI and related fields.

Requirements

✓ Minimum of 5 years’ experience in machine learning and data science technologies

✓ Strong Understanding of the AI Ecosystem: Comprehensive knowledge of components critical to

Agentic AI, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering Techniques

✓ Hands on experience in Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) covering entire lifecycle of a ML

model.

✓ Proven hands-on Project Management experience

✓ Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG): Strong understanding with RAG for

enhancing the quality of AI applications.

✓ Programming Skills: Excellent programming abilities in relevant languages (python) and

frameworks (Llama Index, Lang Chain).

✓ Hands on experience in AWS ML Services like SageMaker, Kendra, OpenSearch

✓ Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and guide

teams.

✓ Communication Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

✓ Team Player: Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.

✓ Professional Experience: Solid background in developing and implementing AI solutions in a

corporate setting.

Plus:

✓ Data Science and Machine Learning Background: Experience in data science and machine

learning will be highly advantageous.
