Senior Business Analyst - OM

As a Product Owner/Business Analyst, you will be involved in and responsible for everything from the product roadmap (PO) to the business logic (BA).

Participating in Product Strategy & Roadmap Development:

As-Is Analysis: Identifying current pain points in the real estate sales journey.

Building a Product Roadmap: Defining features based on business goals and value proposition.

Defining features based on business goals.

Requirements Analysis & Design Definition:

Business Modeling: Building business flow diagrams and system flow diagrams using BPMN/Sequence Diagram to describe the actual process (As-Is) and proposed (To-Be).

Documentation Drafting: Analyzing BRD and transforming it into PRD, User Stories & Acceptance Criteria (US/AC).

Stakeholder Management:

Elimination: Planning discussions with stakeholders to clarify requirements for cash flow and debt management.

Acting as a bridge between stakeholders, operations team, and technical team to ensure product consistency.

Leading discussions with stakeholders to identify real-world needs regarding cash flow and debt management.

Managing stakeholder expectations and aligning business requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst in the Finance/Real Estate/Banking sector.

Professional Knowledge: Understanding of Proptech and real estate sales processes.

Preference: Candidates with AI capabilities - Possessing the mindset and skills to proficiently use AI (Prompt Engineering) tools to replace manual tasks in business analysis and product management.
