We seek a skilled Business Analyst with at least 4+ years of experience (Presen/Senior
level) to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business
stakeholders and technical teams
Key Responsibilities
● Analyze and document business requirements, create BRD, functional specifications,
and user stories
● Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirement gathering sessions
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements
● Participate in Scrum ceremonies and support Agile development processes
● Conduct gap analyses and feasibility studies for proposed changes
● Support testing activities, including UAT and system integration testing
● Perform data analysis to provide business insights and recommendations
Required Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
● Minimum 4+ years of Business Analyst experience (must have)
● Strong business mindset & critical thinking (must have)
● Fluent in English (written and verbal) (must have)
● Proactive and Strong in problem-solving, and communication skills (must
have)
● Experience in Scope Management & CR handling (must have)
● Have at least 1 project in highly regulated domain: Insurance, Banking,
Fintech, Healthcare (must have)
● Experience working with data and data analytic
● Familiar with documentation format: SRS, User story, BRD,...
● Experience in Stakeholder management
● Experience in Scope checking & scope management
● Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
● Proficiency in business analysis techniques and documentation tools
● Experience with Mockup tool and diagram tool: Figma, Basamiq, Drawio
Preferred Qualifications
● Professional certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Agile (CSM, CSPO)
● Stakeholder management experience across multiple organizational levels
● Experience in domain Life Insurance
