We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP MM and SD Consultant to join our dynamic team. The consultant will develop and implement SAP Material Management (MM) and Sales and Distribution (SD) modules, leading the design, configuration, testing, and support of SAP MM and SD processes to ensure seamless integration with other modules and business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation and configuration of SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ECC complete MM and SD modules.
• Oversee end-to-end processes in SAP MM (Procurement, Inventory Management, Material Planning, Invoice Verification, etc.) and SAP SD (Order to Cash, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, etc.).
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend improvements.
• Provide expert guidance during system integration, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specs.
• Lead workshops and training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to configuration, user manuals, and process flows.
• Ensure system performance optimization, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
• Participate in testing activities (unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing).
• Stay up to date with SAP best practices, updates, and new releases.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of experience in SAP MM and SD configuration and implementation, with at least 3 years in a Lead Consultant role.
• Strong expertise in SAP MM and SD modules, including integration with other SAP modules (FI, PP, PM, PS, HCM, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA and Fiori apps is a plus.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end SAP MM and SD projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with SAP support, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
• Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of material management and sales and distribution best practices and regulations.
• Experience in leading or managing SAP projects in a global, multi-national environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment.
