Sr Fullstack Developer - Zhengminh

We're seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team and build innovative healthcare solutions. You'll work on the entire product lifecycle, from concept to deployment, in an agile environment. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure full-stack applications in the healthcare domain.
• Lead the development of features across the stack, from the Go backend to the Svelte frontend, ensuring seamless integration.
• Write clean, high-performance code using Go (Golang) for the backend services and Svelte for the user-facing applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate complex clinical and business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and champion best practices for code quality and maintainability.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and help shape the future technical direction of our products.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, optimizing for performance and reliability across the entire system.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong experience with a modern backend language like Golang, Node.js, Python. A willingness to learn Go is required.
• Experience with a modern frontend framework such as Svelte, React. A strong interest in and a willingness to learn Svelte is required.
• A solid understanding of database technologies, both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL.
• Familiarity with GraphQL and tools like Hasura to build and manage API layers.
• Experience with building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, bug-free software.
• Experience with version control systems, especially Git.
• Previous experience working in the healthcare or a similarly regulated industry is a significant plus.
