Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

• Working hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Mon – Fri).
• Address: Hai Ba Trung, Xuan Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
• Produce periodic and ad-hoc reports covering business operations, performance, and strategic KPIs. Ensure data accuracy, timely updates, and compliance with data standards.
• Monitor performance and analyze data to support both strategic and operational decision-making. Deliver insights on customer behavior, product performance, market conditions, and business trends.
• Build, update, and optimize dashboards (Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI/Tableau/Looker Studio). Support report automation and operation of data models or analytics systems. Collaborate to implement intelligent tools (AI, automation) for business operations and customer engagement.
• Monitor and manage internal data systems, ensuring secure and stable storage and processing. Oversee and supervise CRM, mobile app, and website operations supporting sales and customer service. Support UAT, validation, and end-user assistance during system deployments.
• Work closely with departments to ensure data and reporting needs are met on time. Provide guidance on using reports, dashboards, and data tools.
• Define and implement initiatives in data, AI, and automation to optimize operations, enhance customer experience, and drive growth. Develop scalable data and system architectures ensuring flexible integration with new tools and platforms.
• Lead and develop data scientists and IT team to achieve company objectives. Set clear goals, define workflows, and manage task allocation to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support career development of team members. Foster a collaborative, data-driven culture and promote knowledge sharing with the team. Retain talent to build a high-performing data team.
• Ensure data governance, security, and regulatory compliance across all data collection, processing, and utilization activities. Enable departments to maximize data value through visualization tools, advanced analytics, and self-service analytics platforms.
• Collaborate with IT and other teams to maintain and improve systems and applications. Identify issues, troubleshoot, or coordinate with vendors to ensure stable system operations.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management/BOD.

Qualifications

Prefer a Bachelor’s degree in:

• Information Technology
• Information Management
• Data Science/Data Analyst
• Or related fields

Preferred Skills

• From 3-5 years of experience as Senior Data Scientist/Data Analyst or Senior MIS (preferably in fintech, finance, or energy sector) OR 1-2 years experience in leading/managing a team.
• Proficiency in English.
• Prefer candidates with experience implementing enterprise reporting systems or supporting CRM, mobile app, and website systems.
• Proficient in SQL with experience in MongoDB.
• Skilled in using Python/Java for data processing and visualization.
• Proficient in Tableau, Power BI, or Excel (Pivot Table, VBA is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of system integration via API or cloud platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to collaborate in deploying or operating CRM systems.
