Responsibilities
✓ Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC - complete PM
modules in alignment with business requirements.
✓ Oversee the end-to-end processes in SAP PM, including preventive maintenance, corrective
maintenance, maintenance planning, work order management, and reporting.
✓ Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and
recommend improvements or optimizations in SAP PM processes.
✓ Provide expert guidance and support during system integration, upgrades, and enhancements.
✓ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate business needs into
technical specifications.
✓ Lead workshops and training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
✓ Develop and maintain documentation related to configuration, user manuals, and process flows.
✓ Ensure system performance is optimized, troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
✓ Participate in testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance
testing (UAT).
✓ Stay up to date with SAP best practices, updates, and new releases, ensuring that the system
remains aligned with evolving business needs.
✓ Competency of SAP S/4HANA On-Premise, RISE and Cloud.
Requirements
✓ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent
experience).
✓ 8+ years of experience in SAP PM configuration and implementation, with at least 3 years in a
Lead consultant role.
✓ Strong expertise in SAP PM modules, including integration with other SAP modules (SD, MM,
PP, PS, HCM, etc.).
✓ Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA and Fiori apps is a plus.
✓ Proven track record of managing end-to-end SAP PM projects and guiding teams through
successful implementations.
✓ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
✓ Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with business users, technical
teams, and leadership.
✓ Experience with SAP support, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
✓ Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
Prefered skills and experiences:
✓ Knowledge of plant maintenance best practices and regulations.
✓ Experience in leading or managing SAP projects in a global, multi-national environment.
✓ Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and standardize maintenance processes.
