AI Engineer (Mid)

Build AI Agent trên platform (Context/Harness Engineering); xây dựng, làm sạch kho tri thức cho AI/Voice Agent

We are looking for a Middle AI Engineer to join our AI Agent project, focusing on Context Engineering and Knowledge Engineering. The role will be responsible for building and optimizing AI Agent/Voice Agent solutions, ensuring that the agents can effectively understand business context and retrieve accurate knowledge from multiple data sources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI Agent solutions based on specific business requirements and use cases.
• Perform Context Engineering / Harness Engineering to build and configure AI Agent workflows and ensure the Agent can effectively handle business scenarios.
• Design and optimize context, prompts, instructions, tools and workflows for AI Agents / Voice Agents.
• Perform Knowledge Engineering, including:
• Collecting and consolidating knowledge from multiple sources.
• Structuring and organizing business knowledge for AI Agent consumption.
• Cleaning, processing and standardizing knowledge/data.
• Preparing knowledge from different sources such as websites, documents, text files and other business data sources.
• Build and maintain knowledge bases used by AI Agents / Voice Agents.
• Evaluate Agent responses and continuously improve context and knowledge quality.
• Work closely with business/technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into AI Agent solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Agent context, knowledge retrieval and response quality.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, data engineering, NLP, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLM / AI Agent technologies.
• Understanding of AI Agent architecture, LLM applications, RAG or knowledge-based AI systems.
• Experience with prompt engineering, context engineering, or Agent workflow design.
• Experience working with and processing data from multiple sources, such as: WebsitesDocumentsText dataStructured / unstructured business data
• Good understanding of data processing, knowledge organization and information retrieval.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience with Python and common AI/LLM frameworks is preferred.
• Experience with Voice Agent / Conversational AI is a plus.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building production-level AI Agents or Voice Agents.Experience with RAG, vector databases, embeddings, knowledge graphs or similar technologies.
• Experience with Agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, etc.
• Experience in enterprise/business AI use cases.
