Overview
We are looking for a highly capable Workflow Integrator to design, build, and scale AI-powered automation systems. This role focuses on translating product requirements into efficient, production-ready workflows using our existing automation stack (n8n + AI agents).
The ideal candidate understands how to combine AI models, APIs, and workflow orchestration tools to increase team efficiency and product scalability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Workflow Design & Automation
Translate product requirements into structured automation workflows.
Create, maintain, and continuously improve workflows built on n8n.
Design AI agent-driven automation systems that improve operational efficiency.
Ensure workflows are scalable, reliable, and production-ready.
Automation use cases include (but are not limited to):
Text narrative generation workflows
Automated PowerPoint generation
AI-generated game POC pipelines
AI evaluation workflows (e.g., mission evaluation against brand/design rubrics)
Code-related POC automation
Workflows that integrate internally trained and deployed AI models
2. AI Agent Integration
Architect AI-agent-based systems within n8n.
Determine which AI models perform best for specific tasks.
Optimize model selection and prompt design for automation use cases.
Integrate internally trained models into workflow pipelines.
Scale AI evaluation workflows across product use cases.
3. API & Knowledge Integration
• Integrate multiple APIs to power AI workflows, including:
Notion
Google Drive
Internal AI model endpoints
Other third-party services
• Design knowledge retrieval systems for AI agents.
• Build data pipelines that connect structured and unstructured knowledge sources.
4. Platform Integration
Integrate workflows into our AI platform built with Next.js.
Ensure automation outputs are accessible via APIs or UI interfaces.
Work closely with frontend and backend systems to ensure seamless integration.
Maintain consistency between workflow logic and platform architecture.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Workflow & Automation
- Strong experience with automation tools (preferably n8n).
- Experience building AI-agent-driven workflows.
- Ability to convert product logic into structured automation flows.
- Strong understanding of workflow optimization and error handling.
- AI & Model Understanding
• Practical understanding of:
LLMs and generative models
Model selection and evaluation
Prompt engineering
• Experience integrating trained/custom AI models into workflows.
• Ability to evaluate model performance for specific automation tasks.
API & Integration
Strong understanding of REST APIs and webhooks.
Experience integrating multiple APIs into unified workflows.
Experience with knowledge retrieval systems for AI agents.
Web & Platform Knowledge
Familiarity with web-based applications (preferably Next.js).
Understanding of how workflows connect to frontend interfaces.
Basic backend understanding of serverless or API-driven architectures.
