• Deep understanding of TLS 1.2 and TLS 1.3
• Experience with rustls
• Experience with PKI and Root CA
• Experience handling PEM files
• Experience with HTTPS interception (MITM)
• Strong understanding of HTTP/HTTPS stack
• Experience with CONNECT tunnels
• Experience processing streaming data

Observability

• Experience building monitoring systems using:
  • Prometheus
  • Grafana
  • OpenTelemetry
  • Equivalent solutions
• Experience operating alerting systems

Performance

• Experience building low-latency systems
• Experience using profiling tools
• Understanding of p99 latency measurement and optimization

Infrastructure

• Docker
• Fly.io

• Supabase

• Experience with Rust cryptography libraries
• Understanding of CA certificate Name Constraints
