Jr TA
- Work closely with the TA Team Lead and team members to support recruitment activities and achieve hiring targets.
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and databases to identify potential candidates.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure recruitment data and candidate information are accurately updated in internal systems.
- Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives when required.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the TA team, Sales team, and Delivery team to support project hiring requirements.
- Prepare recruitment reports and updates as requested by the TA Team Lead.
- Report directly to the TA Team Lead.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, human resources, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates with strong interest in recruitment are encouraged to apply.
- Good sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.
- Basic understanding of IT recruitment or technology roles is a plus.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
