SAP AM & PS Analyst

Job overview and responsibility

As an SAP AM & PS Analyst, you will support and optimize both Asset Management and Project Systems modules across our Business Units. You will collaborate with end users and technical teams to deliver seamless SAP solutions, whether supporting ECC systems or S/4HANA environments. ### Core Responsibilities - Configuration & Support: - Configure and support AM and PS modules, with a focus on touchpoints with FI, MM, PM, Procurement, and PP. - Utilize AM functionality to manage asset lifecycles and PS functionality to build projects and work breakdown structures (WBS). - Solution Design: - Design, set up, test, and deploy end-to-end solutions for AM and PS modules, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules. - Create Functional Design Specifications (FDS) and Detailed Design Specifications (DDS). - User Engagement: - Lead user testing for enhancement requests, perform one-on-one training sessions, and provide ongoing support. - Maintain and update end-user documentation and training materials. - Problem-Solving: - Analyze complex technical and functional requirements, propose innovative solutions, and drive successful project completion. - Provide post-go-live production support and troubleshoot issues as needed. - Collaboration & Leadership: - Work collaboratively in a team and independently as required. - Lead requirements and design sessions with stakeholders.

Required skills and experiences

### Experience: - 5+ years of SAP experience, including configuration and support for both AM and PS modules (At least 2 years of experience in each module). - 2+ full life cycle implementations, including at least one in S/4HANA. - Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori tiles is a strong advantage. ### Skills: - Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management principles, project systems, and manufacturing processes. - Cross-functional knowledge of FI, MM, PM, Procurement, and their integration with AM and PS. - Proficiency in documentation for implemented solutions, process changes, and configuration maintenance. - Experience with SAP ASAP or Activate methodology, including requirements gathering and project planning. ### Education: - Bachelor’s degree in finance, manufacturing, or a related field. A combination of education and experience may also be considered. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., SAP or APICS) is a plus. ### Soft Skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused mindset. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Ability to manage multiple projects across geographically dispersed locations.

Preferred skills and experiences

- Knowledge of manufacturing execution systems and reporting. - Experience in asset procurement, disposal, and associated reporting requirements. - Exposure to Plant Maintenance and its integration with AM and PS.
