Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and modern frontend frameworks, combined with solid knowledge of Web Servers, Web Application Servers (WAS), DevOps, CI/CD, and Cloud platforms.

This role requires both hands-on technical expertise and the ability to support, train, and troubleshoot enterprise systems.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide configuration support for Web, WAS, and related systems.
• Conduct training and technical guidance for team members and stakeholders.
• Perform troubleshooting and issue investigation, focusing on Web / WAS-related incidents.
• Support the operation and stability of enterprise applications and infrastructure.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and system performance.
• Participate in system improvement, optimization, and technical problem-solving.

Technical Scope

Web Servers (Must Have)

Web Application Servers – WAS (Must Have)

Backend Programming

• Hands-on experience with at least one backend language:
  • Java or C# / .NET

Requirements

Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience.
• Backend:
  • Strong proficiency in Java & Spring Boot.
  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience.
• Database:
  • Experience with at least one DBMS: Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience.
• Frontend:
  • Experience with JavaScript and at least one framework: VueJS, ReactJS, or Angular.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience.
• DevOps / CI/CD / Cloud:
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, or SCP).
  • At least 2 years of experience.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in DevOps-related activities.
