TA Lead- Ha Noi
- Work closely with the Head of Delivery to achieve recruitment targets, delivery KPIs, and sprint goals.
- Lead and coordinate the Hanoi TA team while collaborating with the Vietnam and Global TA teams to ensure smooth delivery operations.
- Manage team workload, resource allocation, and recruitment priorities across multiple projects.
- Act as the key liaison between Sales, Delivery, and Recruitment teams to ensure hiring demands are fulfilled effectively and within agreed timelines.
- Coach, mentor, and develop TA team members through regular performance reviews, guidance, and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Provide talent market insights, hiring strategies, and recruitment consultation to internal stakeholders and end clients.
- Drive proactive sourcing initiatives, talent mapping, and pipeline development for both short-term and long-term hiring needs.
- Monitor team performance metrics, identify delivery risks, and implement action plans to ensure target achievement.
- Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to building a high-performance recruitment culture.
- Report directly to the Head of Delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
- 7+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 year in a team lead, mentoring, or supervisory capacity.
- Experience in IT recruitment, recruitment agencies, staffing firms, or IT consulting environments.
- Strong sourcing, talent mapping, and market intelligence capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a results-driven approach.
