Component & Unit Development
● Provides an evaluated detailed design that fulfills the software requirements and complies with the software architecture.
● Realizes the code for the software component and its software units following the regulations and standards.
● Establishes traceability between the work products in his responsibility.
● Resolves the software detailed design, implementation issues according to Problem Resolution Management.
Integration & Build
● Creates the software integration strategy as per Release plan and the Project plan.
● Evaluates whether the delivered items (change sets) are ready for integration.
● Integrates the software components up to the complete software as per the software integration strategy and the release plan.
● Creates the build environment and builds the software according to the build process defined in the integration strategy.
● Releases the software candidate according to the release plan for the next level (SW Verification).
● Supports in software release documentation by providing software related information
● Baselines information, OSS report (*if applicable), compliance analysis report, resource consumption report etc.).
Test Specification
● Analyses the software detailed design / software architecture including security, legal, safety to check testability.
● Creates test specification (testcases) according to the test strategy.
● Establishes bidirectional traceability & consistency between software architecture / SW detailed design and test specification (test cases).
● Initiates the test specification review.
Test Automation
● Automate the test cases (test scripts) based on the test specifications.
● Establish the bi-directional traceability and consistency between test implementation and test specification.
● Ensure the test scripts are reviewed and review findings are addressed.
Test Execution
● Performs the test execution (manual or automated) as per the defined procedures or steps in the test specification
● Analyse and evaluate the test results, report the defects and prepare reports related to the testing performed
● Ensures bidirectional traceability and consistency between test cases included in the test specification and test results
REQUIREMENT-TECHNICAL FOCUS
● Bachelor / Master degree, major in electronics or mechatronics or computer science.
● Experience in Automotive SW development
● Good understanding of Microcontroller & embedded system.
● Good hold on reading customer specifications.
● Good knowledge about AUTOSAR, Diagnostic services
● Self-discipline, self-motivation and strong teamwork spirit.
● Good communication skills and English both in oral and written.
Preferable :
● Experience in automotive domain.
● Experience in Diagnostic, CAN/LIN communication or BSW
