Job Overview
As an SAP AM & PS Analyst, you will support and optimize both Asset Management (AM) and Project Systems (PS) modules across Business Units. You will collaborate with end users and technical teams to deliver seamless SAP solutions, supporting both ECC systems and S/4HANA environments.
Core Responsibilities
1. Configuration & Support
Configure and support AM and PS modules, with a focus on integration points with:
FI
MM
PM
Procurement
PP
Utilize AM functionality to manage asset lifecycles.
Utilize PS functionality to build projects and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
2. Solution Design
Design, set up, test, and deploy end-to-end solutions for AM and PS modules.
Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
Create:
Functional Design Specifications (FDS)
Detailed Design Specifications (DDS)
3. User Engagement
Lead user testing for enhancement requests.
Conduct one-on-one training sessions.
Provide ongoing end-user support.
Maintain and update:
End-user documentation
Training materials
4. Problem-Solving
Analyze complex technical and functional requirements.
Propose innovative solutions and drive successful project completion.
Provide post-go-live production support.
Troubleshoot issues as needed.
5. Collaboration & Leadership
Work collaboratively within teams and independently when required.
Lead requirements gathering and design sessions with stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience
5+ years of SAP experience, including configuration and support for both:
Asset Management (AM)
Project Systems (PS)
At least 2 years of experience in each module.
2+ full lifecycle implementations, including:
At least 1 implementation in S/4HANA
Hands-on experience with:
SAP S/4HANA
Fiori tiles (strong advantage)
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of:
Asset lifecycle management principles
Project systems
Manufacturing processes
Cross-functional knowledge of:
FI
MM
PM
Procurement
Integration with AM and PS
Proficiency in documentation for:
Implemented solutions
Process changes
Configuration maintenance
Experience with SAP methodologies:

Education
Bachelor’s degree in:
Finance
Manufacturing
Related field
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Advanced degree or certifications are a plus:
SAP certifications
