Business Analyst (Mid-Level)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• At least 1 year of experience working on Finance/Banking projects.
• Hands-on experience in Mobile Application projects.
• Strong experience in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Excellent documentation skills with proven experience in writing BRD and SRS.
• Hands-on experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams, particularly Business Units.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Figma, Draw.io, Visio, and basic SQL is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and process documentation.
• Create and maintain project artifacts, including BRD, SRS, process flows, wireframes, and user guides.
• Collaborate with Development and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Conduct requirement clarification sessions and support backlog refinement.
• Perform impact analysis for change requests.
• Support SIT, UAT, issue investigation, and production deployment activities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
