Mô tả công việc (Responsibilities)

• Lead discovery sessions with clients to understand business workflows, pain points, operational requirements, and system priorities.

• Translate client requirements into ERPNext configurations (Roles, permissions, Workflows, Master data, Custom DocTypes, Reports, Approval flows).

• Configure and customize ERPNext modules based on client needs (Accounting, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, CRM, Projects, HR, Manufacturing, etc.).

• Develop custom Frappe applications, Python scripts, APIs, server scripts, client scripts, hooks, and workflows.

• Design and build integrations between ERPNext and external systems.

• Lead data migration from legacy systems into ERPNext.

• Ensure finance-related configurations are properly set up (invoicing, VAT/tax logic, audit trails, regional compliance).

• Own deployment and production setup (hosting, environment configuration, security, backups, monitoring, performance optimization).

• Act as the main technical point of contact for clients during project delivery.

• Support project scoping, effort estimation, technical solution proposals, and trade-off discussions.

• Communicate clearly with clients on technical decisions, limitations, risks, and recommended approaches.

• Support go-live activities, post-launch stabilization, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.

• Prepare technical documentation, implementation notes, configuration guides, and handover materials.

Yêu cầu công việc (Requirements)

• At least 4–5 years of experience in software development, ERP implementation, solution architecture, or technical consulting.

• Proven hands-on experience with ERPNext and Frappe Framework implementation projects.

• Strong ability to understand unfamiliar business operations and turn them into ERP workflows.

• Strong Python programming skills.

• Hands-on experience building custom Frappe apps, DocTypes, scripts, reports, workflows, and integrations.

• Good understanding of ERP business processes (Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Accounting, etc.).

• Experience working with APIs, webhooks, third-party integrations, and external systems.

• Experience handling data migration from legacy systems.

• Understanding of finance-related business processes (invoicing, taxation/VAT, etc.).

• Experience with ERPNext deployment, hosting, production support, backup strategy, security, monitoring.

• Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive a project from discovery to go-live independently.

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience working with clients from Europe, the Netherlands, or other international markets.

• Experience in consulting, software outsourcing, ERP implementation partners, or digital agencies.

• Experience with Docker, Linux, Nginx, MariaDB/MySQL, Redis, Bench, CI/CD, cloud hosting, or DevOps practices.

• Experience integrating ERPNext with payment gateways, accounting software, e-commerce, CRM, POS, or booking platforms.
