Overview
We are looking for a Senior Power BI Developer with strong SQL and data modelling skills to support data-driven decision making in the real estate & property management domain.
This role focuses on building high-quality dashboards and data models around financial performance, asset utilization, and sustainability metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop Power BI dashboards (financial, operational, geospatial insights)
Build and optimize data models using DAX for scalable reporting
Extract and transform data from Azure SQL Data Warehouse (Import mode)
Perform data analysis on:
- Real estate utilization
- Maintenance costs
- Sustainability metrics
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into reporting solutions
Maintain and improve performance of existing reports and datasets
Work within Azure DevOps for version control and delivery
Requirements
Strong experience with Power BI (advanced level)
Solid SQL skills (query optimization, data extraction)
Proven experience in data modelling & DAX
Experience working with Azure ecosystem (Azure SQL, data pipelines)
Familiar with Power BI Embedded
Experience with financial and operational reporting
Good understanding of geospatial data is a plus
Fluent in English (spoken & written) for Finland client
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Nice to Have
Experience in real estate / property management domain
Exposure to sustainability / ESG data reporting
Experience with large-scale data or enterprise BI systems
