Domain: System Integrator (Poland)

Contract Duration: 12 months (minimum 6-month commitment required)

Working Model: Team Augmentation (2–4 hours daily sync with client)

Working Time: VNT 3PM to 11 PM. Minimum 4–5 hours overlap with Poland (6 hours preferred)

Therole:

• Data deduplication and cleansing: identification and cleansing of duplicated software asset records in ServiceNow SAM Pro (publishers, products, vendors, software models).
• Contract and catalogmanagement: creation and maintenance of contract records; creation of catalog items.
• Entitlement implementation: uploading and verification of software entitlements in ServiceNow SAM Pro, ensuringcorrect assignment to software models,publishers, and contracts.
• Normalization: standardization of softwarenames and publishernames.
• Cybersecurityreviews: identification of freeware softwaretitles in ServiceNow that have not yet been checked by the Cybersecurity department; flagging for assessment and further action.

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow SAM Pro.
• Knowledge of the SAM lifecycle, entitlement management, and software model normalization.
• Experience in configuring the ServiceNow catalog.
• Understanding of software management and risk management processes.
• In-depth understanding of the importance of data quality,proficiency in using Excel/data cleansing skills.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity processes related to software assets.
