Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance enterprise platforms using:
Frontend: ReactJS
Backend: Python / FastAPI
Cloud Platforms: AWS / Azure
- Participate in rebuilding and modernizing existing systems, including:
Enterprise data platforms
- Internal business applications and operational systems
- Collaborate directly with stakeholders outside the engineering team to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Proactively propose technical solutions to improve system scalability, performance, and maintainability
- Work within Agile/Scrum environments and AI-assisted SDLC methodologies
- Contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and overall delivery quality
Requirements
Technical Skills
- at least 6+ years of software development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with:
ReactJS
Python / FastAPI
RESTful APIs & Microservices
- Experience working with cloud platforms:
AWS and/or Azure
- Good understanding of:
System architecture & scalable design
CI/CD pipelines
Git-based development workflows
- Agile delivery methodologies
- Experience with DevExpress is a plus
- Exposure to AI-assisted development or AI-driven SDLC practices is highly preferred
- Strong English communication skills in an international working environment
- Ability to work independently with high ownership
- Comfortable collaborating directly with business stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Fast learner with adaptability to new technologies and processes
Nice to Have
- Experience in system modernization or platform rebuild projects
- Exposure to enterprise data platforms
- Experience working with distributed/offshore teams
- Understanding of AI-enabled engineering workflows or AI-DLC methodologies
