We’re open to candidates with ~1+ year of practical AI experience, as long as they have a strong software engineering background (minimum 5+ years overall). This is a great fit for senior software engineers who have recently moved into AI and are now building real-world LLM applications.

Key skills we’re looking for:

Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI Agents, and AI Orchestration

Building chatbots, RAG pipelines, or LLM-powered services

Strong backend/software engineering fundamentals Azure AI Foundry experience is a plus

C# / .NET experience is a plus
