Preferred Age: 35-45, male or female - Must Have Chief Accountant Certificate

Fluent English

03 rounds interview

No experience in the renewable energy field is required, if any is preferred

Experience in Consolidated reporting.

Treasury management: cashflow management, working with banks, ensuring liquidity.

Cross-border experience: having done consolidated reporting in many countries, working with foreign teams/hubs.

Fundraising: having experience raising capital (equity/debt) and working directly with investors (VC or debt funders).

Investor relations: having experience dealing with venture capital investors, debt providers. (must-have)

Leadership: having worked as a chief accountant, must have a chief accountant certificate or related (CAC, CPA, AACC, ....)

This position reports directly to the Australian CEO, currently the company has not deployed software so will mainly use Excel and manual

Our Client is a rapidly growing cleantech company offering rooftop solar (“RTS”) development and a range of easy payment options to the Vietnam market. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Head of Finance to join our team. The successful candidate will form part of the senior leadership team and be responsible for managing the financial function in Vietnam, ensuring organizational effectiveness through strategic business support. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in finance, treasury management, and a strong understanding of local regulations and business practices in Vietnam, as well as the ability to manage consolidated reporting for the parent company in Singapore.

VAI TRÒVÀ TRÁCHNHIỆM/ ROLE ANDRESPONSIBILITIES

Lãnh đạo tài chính:

o Cung cấp hướng dẫn tài chính chiến lược để hỗ trợ các mục tiêu kinh doanh và thúc đẩy tăng trưởng. o Hỗ trợ quá trình huy động vốn chủ sở hữu/khoản vay cho công ty.

• Thúc đẩy môi trường hợp tác khuyến khích sự cải tiến và hoàn thiện trong các chức năng tài chính tại công ty

.Financial Leadership:

• Providing strategic financial guidance to support business objectives and drive growth.
• Support the process of raising equity/debt for the company
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence within the finance function.

Lập kế hoạch và báo cáo tài chính:

• Giám sát lập kế hoạch tài chính, lập ngân sách, dự báo và báo cáo để đảm bảo thông tin tài chính chính xác cho ban quản lý cấp cao.
• Phát triển và triển khai các mô hình tài chính để nâng cao khả năng ra quyết định kinh doanh .Financial Planning and Reporting:
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure accurate financial insights for senior management.
• Develop and implement financial models to enhance business decision-making.

Quản lý nguồn tiền:

• Quản lý dòng tiền, thanh khoản và rủi ro tài chính, đảm bảo sử dụng tối ưu các nguồn lực của công ty.
• Phát triển và triển khai các chiến lược về dòng tiền để cải thiện hiệu quả tài chính và giảm chi phí.

Treasury Management:

• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk, ensuring optimal use of company resources.
• Develop and implement treasury strategies to improve financial efficiency and reduce costs.

Hợp tác kinh doanh:

• Hoạt động như một đối tác kinh doanh chính cho Ban quản lý cấp cao, cung cấp thông tin tài chính để thúc đẩy các quyết định kinh doanh.
• Hợp tác với các phòng ban khác để điều chỉnh các chiến lược tài chính phù hợp với các mục tiêu kinh doanh.

Business Partnering:

• Act as a principal business partner to Senior Management, providing financial insights to drive business decisions.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with business objectives.

Tuân thủ và Kiểm soát:

• Đảm bảo tuân thủ các chính sách tài chính của công ty, kiểm soát nội bộ, quy định của Singapore ở cấp công ty mẹ và các yêu cầu pháp lý tại Việt Nam.
• Triển khai và duy trì các biện pháp kiểm soát tài chính mạnh mẽ để giảm thiểu rủi ro và đảm bảo tuân thủ theo Pháp luật.

Compliance and Controls:

• Ensure adherence to corporate financial policies, internal controls, Singapore regulations at the holding company level and Vietnamese regulatory requirements.
• Implement and maintain robust financial controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
