HSE Specialist

Location: Phu My II Industrial Zone, Phu My City, Ba Ria – Vung Tau, Vietnam

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) activities within the company.

• Develop HSE programs and conduct risk assessments.

• Monitor compliance with company HSE standards and applicable government regulations.

• Conduct inspections and ensure workplace safety, occupational health and environmental protection.

• Prepare periodic HSE and 5S reports.

• Maintain ISO-related documentation and records.

• Support audits and regulatory inspections.

• Perform other duties assigned by the direct manager.

Requirements

• College or Bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar HSE position.

• Manufacturing experience is preferred.

• Good knowledge of occupational safety, environmental regulations, ISO systems and 5S.

• Basic English communication skills.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
