Responsibilities
o Collect and analyze business and system requirements from clients.
o Prepare requirement documents, process flows, and functional specifications.
o Collaborate with UK clients and internal teams for solution design and validation. o Monitor project progress, support testing phases, and address issues promptly. o Bridge communication between business users and technical teams.
o Contribute to risk assessment and change impact analysis activities.
Requirements
o Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
o Proven experience in the booking, CRM domains is a plus
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Balsamiq, Figma, MS Visio, and MS Office Suite o Proficient in English communication
o Having a technical background is a strong plus
