Solar Technical Specialist

We are looking for a Solar Technical Specialist / Electrical Site Supervisor to support on-site inspections, electrical supervision, and quality assurance for rooftop solar projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure quality and safety of solar systems.
• Supervise electrical works at construction sites.
• Support technical issue resolution related to solar projects.
• Work with sales and internal teams to provide technical support.
• Prepare inspection data and technical records.
• Participate in technical training and internal coordination.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Job Requirements

• College or University degree in Electrical Engineering or related majors.
• At least 01 year of relevant experience.
• Experience in electrical site supervision, solar projects, or QA/QC is required.
• Construction Supervision Certificate (Level III or above) is preferred.
• Candidates without certificate must commit to obtaining it after joining.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings in English.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
