Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner - VCC

Objectives of this Role:

• Identify and analyze business needs and requirements.

• Develop and implement effective IT solutions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Support solutioning in the project presales phase.

• Work closely with sales and technical teams to develop proposals and presentations.

• Conduct detailed business analysis and document business requirements.

• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements.

• Analyze and model business processes to identify areas for improvement.

• Develop functional specifications and system design documents.

• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.

• Perform user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business needs.

• Provide training and support to end-users.

• Monitor and report on project progress and performance.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree of IT or non-IT

• From 4 years’ experience in a senior business analyst role within the IT Outsourcing

company

• Experience in working closely with sales and technical teams to develop proposals and

presentations. Experience in supporting solutioning during the project presales phase

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.

• Strong understanding of IT systems and technologies.

• Experience with project management methodologies.

• Background in IT outsourcing companies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or other IIBA certifications
