Senior AI-Assisted Fullstack Developer (Manufacturing)

Contract Duration: 12 months

Working Model: Remote – Hong Kong time (prefer) or Vietnam timezone

Our Hong Kong–based manufacturing client is undergoing a large-scale digital transformation and is building a long-term development team. This position plays a key role in modernizing internal systems and supporting AI-driven engineering acceleration.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive development of modern fullstack enterprise applications.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, testing, and documentation.
• Participate in refactoring of legacy codebases using AI enhancement techniques.
• Collaborate directly with the client with minimal supervision.
• Support junior developers and help optimize AI-powered workflows and development practices.

Key Requirements

AI Development Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools: Cursor, Gemini/ChatGPT, Claude.
• Ability to leverage AI for refactoring legacy systems.
• Skilled in using AI for code generation, debugging, testing, and documentation.
• Experience mentoring junior developers and improving AI-enhanced workflows.

Technical Skills

• Modern fullstack development experience.
• Backend: Node.js (preferred), Python, or Go.
• Frontend: React / React Native.
• Understanding of modern software architecture.
• Proficient with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven experience building internal enterprise systems.
