Technical BA

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work with the project team to understand application changes and document them in Confluence (guidelines and templates will be provided)
• Work with Our BA team to understand how these changes impact the business and document them in Confluence
• Support the project team in communicating these changes to end users and assist in coordination during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Coordinate with stakeholders to complete required documentation for internal processes related to production deployment (Software Development Life Cycle process / Go-live)

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields
• Experience: 3–5 years as a Business Analyst or Technical Writer in software development environments; understanding of software development processes
  • Skills:Good communication skills
  • Fast learner
  • Basic proficiency with documentation tools (Confluence, MS Office)
  • Ability to read and understand technical concepts (SQL, API, Backend, Frontend, Database, data models)

Preferred

• CBAP / CCBA certification or strong experience in technical documentation
