Senior Fullstack Java Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and own scalable backend services and fullstack applications, with a strong focus on Java (Spring Boot) and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
• Architect and implement robust, secure, and high-performance APIs and microservices.
• Collaborate closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality features end-to-end.
• Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior/mid-level engineers.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Drive technical design discussions and contribute to system architecture decisions.
• Participate across the full SDLC: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Ensure high code quality through clean coding, testing, and documentation standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Engage with stakeholders through demos, technical discussions, and solution presentations.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in software development, with strong focus on Java backend development.
• Solid experience with Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Experience in frontend development using React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in Git and modern development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to work cross-functionally.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and lead technical initiatives.

Preferred Skillset

• Experience with DevSecOps practices (SAST, DAST, VAPT, secure coding).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
• Strong understanding of Linux/Unix environments.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (OSI model, HTTP/S, TCP/IP, file transfer protocols).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to both on-premise and cloud-based architectures.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified, CISSP, CSSLP, CCSP) are a plus.
