What Youʼll Do

As Machine Learning Engineer, youʼll advance our core optimization algorithms by:

Designing, implementing and training reinforcement learning models to solve complex high-dimensional optimization problems.

Building scalable training pipelines and deploying solutions on Azure/GCP.

Ship code that matters: Build models used daily by large enterprise companies.

We Need You To Have

Education: Bachelorʼs or Masterʼs in Computer Science, Mathematics or related field.

Industry Experience: 2+ years in ML engineering roles.

RL Experience: Strong background in reinforcement learning and algorithm development.

Python & PyTorch: Strong proficiency in Python NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch).

Deployed models to the cloud Azure/GCP preferred).

Independent problem-solver and communicates complex ideas clearly.

Fluent in English and a proactive communicator.

Bonus Points For

Familiarity with logistics or operations research.

Experience with optimization libraries and integer programming is a plus.
